Transforming Business at XeroxThis project commenced as a business development requirement for one of the Xerox sales divisions but JTIC was the ‘catalyst’ for breakthrough thinking, which resulted in an innovative solution being created, which transformed the way Xerox as an organisation, delivered its products and services through channel partners. JTIC played an active and pivotal role in taking this message out to one of the UK’s premier corporate resellers and was instrumental in both the engagement and implementation of the processes to support the business partnership. This catapulted Xerox from ad-hoc supplier to a strategic solutions partner and delivered a win-win business proposition for both parties. Read Xerox Case Study for full details. Uniting Samsung Business Units Towards A Common GoalThe objective of this project was to bring together three separate product divisions to strengthen and streamline Samsung’s approach to the corporate reseller, Computacenter. This was an excellent example of the importance of managing change by bringing the people along ‘with you’. We were appointed by the IT Sales Director but our work involved us “selling” the benefit of this change to the middle management and the people on the ground. We achieved that by addressing concerns and problems with the people involved and by actively engaging them to be a key part of the solution. This team approach and collaboration resulted in Samsung becoming one of the fastest growing vendors to Computacenter at the time. Read Samsung Case Study for full details. Engaging Stakeholders on the NHS NPfIT ProgrammeWe were appointed by a leading management consultancy to assist them on this very high-profile and complex programme of IT change within the NHS. They had been awarded the contract for delivering ‘benefits awareness’ for the e-booking project, which was designed to make GP and other primary care appointments faster and simpler. JTIC’s appointment was approved by the NHS Project HQ and we actively engaged in taking the key benefits of this change out to the early-adopters who were implementing this IT solution. This was a very challenging time for the clinicians and managers, as they were required to realise the benefits of a system that they were still implementing. We assisted them by creating innovative and pro-active workshops, which inspired the people to participate in identifying and selecting the key benefits for measurement. This supported them in creating a plan of action which would effectively measure the benefits of this high-profile Government investment into the NHS. Read NHS Case Study for full details. |
