Stakeholder Engagement Consultant

JTIC was appointed by Amtec Consulting, to assist them in engaging with NHS Stakeholders for the e-booking project, which was part of the The National Programme for IT (NPfIT) in the NHS.

This was reported to be the largest IT programme in the world and was developed to create a world class, patient-focussed NHS. However, the benefits could not be realised without the engagement of clinicians, managers and administrators right across the NHS.

Julie worked directly with the NHS project delivery team and the Amtec consultants, to design and deliver, innovative benefit awareness workshops. Our approach was to actively engage the stakeholders, to not only realise, but embrace the benefits of this programme.
